I’m satisfied with the chair, wish it was a bit bigger and the seat cushion softer.

The chair is very nice and is working well for my husband, but there was one bracket for the back that was bent and would not fit. Fortunately, my son-in-law was able to take one off the old chair and use that one.

Arrived safely in separate boxes. Back and sides are light and easy to maneuver. Bottom seating section is quite heavy and well made. Super easy to put together once directions read. Very well made. Seating is very firm. I think that is due to the motors and vibration section. If your looking for soft,,,thus is not it. But works perfectly.

Received the chair within 7 days. It was very easy to put together. It feels like leather. I think the remote is self explanatory but to an older person it is a bit confusing. The chair slides very easy on carpet, be careful. I am hoping you will also send me a free chair cover like you sent others. Thank you

We purchased this lift chair to help with mobility from chair to standing after an upcoming knee surgery. Our other recliners are rockers and lower. I’ve been breaking it in, getting familiar with it. Lift chairs have a different level of firmness than other furniture, in order to fulfill their functions. That still had an element of surprise after being accustomed to my other furniture. HOWEVER….after using this everyday, I am loving the support and comfort. The vibration element is a real luxury.
