As a Senior with some issues, I like what the chair has to offer. The heat and massage works really well on back, legs and shoulders. I recommend it highly for those that have back/leg issues. I sleep better as it massages and relaxes my muscles.

I’ve had a lot of experience with recliners. This is probably my 4th recliner and as of 2 decades ago, I sleep in the chair due to my sleep apnea.
I wake up feeling much more rested and little to none body aches. You have won me over as a permanent customer.
I’ve talked so highly about this chair, that my friends and relatives are very interested in getting one. It’s so very comfortable, and the beautiful blue color matches my room so well. Please keep up the great job you do.

The chair operates well and overall satisfied. The quality of the chair was very good and it is serving its' purpose well.
Things I would improve are
1. The lettering on the remote for heat/massage is extremely small and green letters on a blue back ground. Nearly impossible to read. Black letters on white background and bigger font would dramatically improve that.
2. Assembly is easy once you figure out what the pictures are telling you to do. Arms and back are simple, but when you do the rest of the assembly, it takes a while to figure out what the picture is telling you to do. Adding some text to the images would be helpful. Having gone thru the assembly now, I could assemble a chair in 5 minutes, the first one took me 30 minutes because it took so long to understand the image.
3. The seat is very firm, maybe too firm. Maybe it has to be that way for a lift chair, but it not a chair that your comfortably nestle in. You sit upright and not much give in the seat.

My special friend for whom I purchased the chair absolutely loves it. He is very tall and I was worried that the chair back would be too short, but it is perfect. THE ONLY ISSUE, when the delivery was made, IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY, NOT TO THE HOUSE! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DROP A CHAIR IN THE MIDDLE OF A LONG ROCK DRIVEWAY. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE DELIVERY SERVICE
