To fold the wheelchair, I simply lift myself up and sit on the bumper, then turn the chair around and flip the seatback down. The low seatback makes it easy to reach over and rest my forearms on it, allowing me to effortlessly grab the loops on the side of the seat and fold it down with a simple 'pop'.
