Orders ship within two business days from their distribution centers, discreetly where needed. Standard delivery is free on orders of $100 or more.

Their two returns pages don’t agree
The Shipping page promises a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee, with unopened packages refunded in full including shipping charges. The Return Policy page is stricter. It needs a Return Authorization, deducts return shipping from your refund, won’t refund sale items, and exchanges defective or damaged items only.
It also excludes perishables, intimate or sanitary goods and “some health and personal care items”. Get the terms for your order confirmed in writing at info@diabetesstore.com before you buy, and treat anything from Clearance as final.
Prescriptions and meters
CGM sensors such as FreeStyle Libre 3 are prescription devices in the US. Strips must match your meter, and if switching would save money, ask your clinician first. Nothing here is medical advice.
Shipping, from their table
Standard delivery takes 4–7 days, at $9.95 under $100 or free above. Next business day costs $29.95, or $20.00 over $100. The daily cut-off is 1pm Eastern, and expedited orders can’t go to P.O. boxes.
