Get the return window in writing
The store's own pages don't agree. The offer page says five days, the home page seven, and the returns page 14 days from receipt. Every return needs a Return Authorization first, and the store suggests insuring the parcel.

It's $500 off MSRP on a new unit. MSRP is the manufacturer's list price, and most prices here are already well below it, so ask exactly what the coupon takes off the price you're quoted.
