We include shipping to your home at no cost. Our shipping providers will call you to schedule, and a signature is required. Shipping is to your door, driveway, or ground level garage.
Is this bed truly lighter than traditional hospital beds?
Yes. The bed is specifically engineered using lightweight yet durable materials, making it significantly lighter than most full-sized hospital beds. This design choice ensures that the bed can be easily repositioned within a room as needed, making it a highly practical choice for home environments.
What kind of maintenance is required for the mattress cover?
The included mattress features a breathable, durable, and easy-to-clean cover. For typical spills, you can simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild disinfectant. The material is designed to withstand frequent cleaning while remaining comfortable and hygienic.
How difficult is the initial setup, and can I do it myself?
The bed is designed for easy setup and comes with clear, step-by-step instructions. While professional installation is always an option, many families find they can assemble the bed themselves. Two people are recommended for the initial placement due to the size of the components.
What is the weight limit of the RiseEase?
550 pounds, we do recommend grabbing a 2-3 inch mattress topper with anchor bands for anyone above 300 lbs for added comfort.
What warranty coverage is included?
It comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on the mattress. Parts and shipping are fully covered during the first year. From years 2 to 5, the warranty covers replacement parts only.
