Power on

Battery backup

When the power goes out, you could be trapped in your chair.

Storms and grid failures strike without warning, often at night. Without power, a lift chair stops wherever it is, with no lift to help you stand.

Can't Find Question? Call Us (949) 891-0646 Or Email Us help@edwardcreation.com

What does "zero gravity" actually mean on this recliner, and how is it different from a regular recline?

On the ZeroG, zero gravity means the chair elevates your legs above heart level while supporting your spine in a neutral, weightless-feeling posture, rather than just tipping you backward like a standard recliner. It combines zero gravity, lay-flat, and 3-motor functionality, so the seat, back, and footrest move independently instead of on one fixed hinge. This positioning is marketed as supporting circulation by elevating the legs
above the heart — it's a comfort/positioning feature, not a medical treatment, so for an actual circulation condition it's worth checking with a doctor.

Does it have heat and massage, and can it actually lay flat like a bed?

Yes — the ZeroG includes both a massage function and a heating function, on top of true lay-flat capability combined with its zero-gravity recline. Three independent motors control the lift, recline, and footrest, so you can stop at a partial recline, settle into full zero gravity, or extend all the way to lay-flat depending on what feels best. The lay-flat design goes further back than a standard power recliner.

Is this a good option for an elderly parent with swollen legs and trouble standing up on their own?

It's designed with both of those situations in mind: the zero-gravity position elevates the legs above the heart for circulation support, and the power lift function tilts the whole chair forward to assist users with mobility limitations in standing up. It also includes a built-in lumbar pillow for lower-back support during long periods of sitting. It's not a medical device and doesn't replace guidance from a doctor or physical therapist, but the feature set is built around exactly that kind of daily-comfort and mobility use case.

What's the warranty, and is $928 actually a good deal on this?

The ZeroG carries a free 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects with free parts replacement. It's currently listed at $928, marked down from a $1,900 compare-at price (51% off). Whether that's "a good deal" depends on your budget, but the warranty terms and current price are both stated directly on the product page rather than being promotional estimates.

Will this chair fit my dad — he's a bigger guy, around 300 lbs?

The ZeroG is rated to support up to 350 lbs and features a 26.5-inch-wide, extra-large seat, making it suitable for most larger-framed adults. For specific details about the exact seat depth, seat height, and overall chair dimensions, please contact us directly at help@edwardcreation.com or (949) 891-0646.

Does this chair come already put together, and how hard is delivery/assembly?

No, the ZeroG ships requiring assembly, but it features a 4-step easy assembly process, designed for quick setup rather than a full furniture build. Since it’s a powered lift chair with three motors, it’s heavier than a standard recliner, so having a second person available for unboxing and positioning is recommended. For specific assembly and delivery details, please contact us directly at help@edwardcreation.com or (949) 891-0646.

What colors does it come in, and does it have storage or a place for drinks?

The ZeroG is available in Dark Gray and Coffee (both currently in stock), plus Dark Grayish Blue, which is currently out of stock. It's upholstered in premium velvet and includes armrests with built-in storage compartments and dual metal cup holders on either side, along with a remote control for the motorized functions. Check current stock on the product page before choosing a color, since availability can shift.
