This place is awesome. I received my chair and there seemed to be an issue with the lift mechanism, I emailed the company and after a very short period of time I got a message telling me they were sending me a new chair and I could dispose of the other chair or do as I wish with it. Amazing outstanding. I don't know what else to say about this company. They're great.
I was looking for a lift chair that felt spacious without looking bulky, and this one checked all the boxes. The seat is roomy, the cushion is comfortable, and the lift mechanism works smoothly. It also feels very sturdy when reclining. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and practical addition to our home.
I bought this chair for my husband, and we’re both really happy with it. It’s nice and roomy, the cushion is comfortable, and it feels very sturdy. He especially likes how easy it is to get in and out with the lift feature. So far, it’s been a great purchase for us.
I've struggled to find a recliner that's comfortable for my size. This one is exactly what I needed. The reinforced frame feels solid, and I appreciate the 500-pound capacity. It feels secure in every position.
My chair arrived within 5 days of ordering. It was easy to assemble and it feels like I’m floating on a cloud when I sit on it. LOVE it!
