Wanted one with power neck and lumbar adjustments as well as back/legs and lift. Furniture stores all told us that we could NOT get neck and lumbar adjustments AND have heat and massage at the same time. WELL, THIS chair does it all. I didn't even realize it when I ordered it. My wife and I are quite pleased. And it was pretty easy to put together. We are quite happy!
The lift chair does all it says it can and more, but the wide seat isn't all that wide. Great buy for the money, when you get a real wide seat let me know...I would buy it.
This chair lays flat, no other chairs I looked at did that. I had to buy sight and trial unseen, which made me apprehensive, but this was a great buy. There is a free chair cover that came with it, but it doesn't stay in place, the seat area comes off and the arms come off every time I get up. I am blind, so, the chair cover is frustrating to me and I was hoping for a cover that secures down better and/or covers the entire chair. Otherwise, the chair works really great and fits me great being a tall person. This review was written for my by my daughter.
if I could give 10 stars I would, you will not believe how many recliners my husband has broken well I believe he has met his match with this chair he weighs 300 lbs and doesn’t sit down into a chair he falls down into them, but this chair is taken the beating it’s a ▶️ strong ◀️ and comfortable chair that I believe is holding up well he’s had it for 8 months now Thank you Edward Creation I am one happy customer. 😀 ps. and it’s nice for me too due to having trouble getting up from a low seated position with having a bad back and Knees and with fibromyalgia The lifting part of the chair has truly been a God Sent.
I bought this for my mother, who was finding it difficult to get in and out of her bed. We thought a sleeper chair was the best option. Delivery was less than a week from ordering. After a very long week, I decided to assemble it on the weekend and as I was putting it together, I accidentally put the back on backwards. In my frantic state, went online and, hoping to connect, used iChat and was greeted with a lovely customer service member who helped direct me to the easy solution.
