The chair is very comfortable and the zero gravity positioning, which puts my head lower than my feet, enables me to slide further back into the chair without having someone push me into into a proper seating position. The chair is more massive than I imagined. It overwhelms the space that my previous recliner was in. The controller schematic is very confusing and after a week of use I still can’t figure it out. My wife tried it and she had the same experience. When the chair is extended upwards, it tends to wobble…I’m hoping that it doesn’t tip.
The recliner came quickly and was perfectly packed. After an easy installation, my wife and I took turns experiencing the heat and massage as well as the ZeroG function. The chair is outstanding! It is hard to find a recliner this nice for the price. We will have to get another one soon!
The chair is comfortable, and attractive. I just wish it had a leg extension and an adjustable headrest. I needed the zero gravity for my lymphedema or would have gone with one of their chairs with the other things I wanted.

I don't like writing reviews and it's extremely rare that I feel something deserves 5 starts but this time it's appropriate. I took a chance and ordered 2 of these, one for myself and one for my husband. We both feel that this is the most comfortable chair we have ever sat in. There are so many different levels of comfort and the heat/massage function just add to it.
It wasn't too difficult to put together, I assisted my husband but he probably could have done it alone. Heck I think getting it out of the boxes was worse than actually putting it together.
The only thing I think you should know that I didn't see in the item description (it's possible I overlooked it) is that if you want to have it reclined to it's full potential you need a good bit of space behind it. It's worth it though, having the foot fully up, the back reclined and the ZeroG lift all at the same feels absolutely amazing on the lower back! I have degenerative discs in my lower back that have caused me so much pain over the years, stretching out in this chair relieves all of that pain.
The positions, lift, heat, and massage features are wonderfully able to adapt to the aging user's changing needs.
